Awful experience at Edible Arrangements

In December I ordered from them and spent close to $70 (they are not cheap) for an arrangement and was totally disappointed.  The arrangement was small and the pinapple they used was from the core so it was hard and we couldn't eat it.  On top of that, I went on their website and told them I was not happy and ya know what??? No one has bothered to pick up the phone to call me.  How sad....Next time I'll send flowers.
